Choose one of the following options:

General	$200	Available to companies providing employee services and recreation programs. General Memberships also include membership in the national Employee Services Management Association (ESM Assn.).
Local	$75	Available to individuals responsibly engaged in the field(s) of employee services and recreation, personnel, human resources, employee relations, employee fitness and health, a volunteer in the above mentioned fields or wants to maintain their networking contacts in one of the above fields.
Vendor	$165	Available to companies, trade associations, and other business organizations and enterprises dealing in products and/or services that wish to establish a relationship with the corporation and its members for mutual benefit or to contribute to the development and enhancement of employee services/recreation projects or programs. Vendor members must have conducted business operations for at least one year, have a valid current business license, and meet such other requirements as may be established from time to time by the Board of Directors.
Student/Retiree	$25	Available to persons currently enrolled in courses in the areas described under the corporate membership category or a retired employee services/recreation practitioner.
